UHopestar has established this Minimum Advertised Price (MAP) Policy to ensure consistent pricing and protect the value of our products. This Policy applies to all authorized distributors, dealers, and resellers (“Resellers”) of UHopestar products.
Purpose
UHopestar is a leader in industrial and Android-based touchscreen solutions. Our MAP Policy helps protect our brand reputation, support our partners, and ensure fair competition while giving Resellers freedom to set actual resale prices.
Products Covered
All UHopestar products are subject to this Policy. For a list of covered products and their minimum advertised prices, contact our Channel Management Team at [email protected].
Where MAP Applies
The MAP Policy applies to all public advertising of UHopestar products, including:
a.Websites, e-commerce marketplaces, and auction listings
b.Print and digital catalogs, flyers, newsletters, and emails
c.In-store displays, banners, and signage
Exclusions: Internet checkout pages where the customer completes the purchase.
Key Rules
a.Advertised Price: Any publicly displayed offer to sell a product.
b.Resellers must not advertise below the MAP, including through third parties.
c.Private negotiations or non-public pricing are not restricted.
d.Promotions, rebates, or bundles count toward advertised price compliance.
Allowed Exceptions
a.Shopping cart pricing added by the customer.
b.Official UHopestar promotions publicly authorized for all Resellers.
c.Strike-through pricing is allowed if the final advertised price meets or exceeds MAP.
Enforcement
UHopestar monitors advertised pricing and may enforce the Policy at its discretion. Non-compliance may result in:
1.First Offense: Written warning
2.Second Offense: Temporary removal of partner discounts (3 months)
3.Third Offense: Indefinite removal of discounts and other partner benefits
UHopestar reserves the right to refuse orders, cancel unshipped orders, and modify enforcement measures as needed.
Policy Changes
UHopestar may modify, suspend, or discontinue this Policy at any time.
