Products Description
The NY-M7007A8 is a 7-inch Android access control terminal designed for building entrances, residential properties, offices, campuses, hotels, hospitals, and other controlled-access environments. It combines facial recognition, card and QR code access, video intercom, visitor management, attendance, and elevator control in one wall-mounted device. With support for multi-factor authentication, open communication protocols, and third-party device integration, it can be deployed as part of an existing access control infrastructure rather than requiring a completely separate system.

Multi-Modal Access Control for Flexible Authentication
The NY-M7007A8 supports multiple authentication methods within one terminal, including dynamic facial recognition, 13.56 MHz M1 and CPU cards, passwords, online or offline QR codes, WeChat Mini Programs, mobile apps, and optional Bluetooth access. Combination authentication is also supported, including face plus card, face plus password, card plus password, and face plus card plus password. This allows access rules to be matched to different users and areas instead of relying on one credential type. Temporary visitor permissions can also be configured by access scope and validity period, making the terminal suitable for residential entrances, office access points, restricted areas, and other locations where user permissions change regularly.

100,000-Face Capacity for High-Volume Access Management
The terminal supports up to 100,000 face records, 100,000 card records, and 200,000 local access records, providing the capacity required for larger user populations and frequent access events. Facial recognition is specified at up to 0.3 seconds per recognition with an accuracy rate of ≥99.9%, while card reading response is specified at ≤0.1 seconds. The 2MP binocular camera combines visible-light and near-infrared lenses with dynamic liveness detection, dual infrared cameras, and backlight compensation. These capabilities are designed to support reliable identity verification at busy entrances while helping reduce common spoofing attempts involving photos or video playback.

Video Intercom and Visitor Access in One Terminal
Access control and visitor communication often need to work together at the same entrance. The NY-M7007A8 integrates a touchscreen, microphone, and speaker interface for video intercom applications, allowing visitors to communicate with residents, reception staff, security personnel, or property managers before access is granted. External doorbells and audio equipment can also be connected through the available interfaces. Temporary visitor permissions can be configured according to access scope and validity, providing a controlled way to handle contractors, guests, temporary staff, and other non-permanent users without creating the same credentials used by regular employees or residents.

Open Connectivity for Existing Access Control Systems
The terminal is designed to work within broader access control installations rather than operating only as an independent device. It supports Wiegand input and output, RJ45 Ethernet connectivity, dry-contact signals, exit buttons, doorbells, fire alarm interfaces, and controller communication. MQTT and TCP communication are also supported for integration with third-party systems. Optional Wi-Fi and 4G configurations are available for projects requiring alternative network connectivity. For system integrators, these interfaces provide practical options for connecting the terminal with door controllers, electric locks, property management platforms, and other building equipment while retaining the existing system architecture where appropriate.

SDK Support for System Integration and Custom Functions
Different access control projects often have different software workflows, particularly when the terminal needs to exchange data with an existing property management, attendance, security, or building automation platform. The NY-M7007A8 provides a full-featured SDK together with development documentation, protocol documentation, and testing tools to support secondary development and third-party integration. The specified integration cycle is ≤7 days, with technical support response within ≤4 hours. These resources are intended to help system integrators and project teams evaluate communication requirements, develop customized functions, and connect the terminal with a broader software environment without limiting the deployment to a standalone access control application.

Attendance, Visitor and Property Management Functions
The same terminal can support several daily management workflows beyond door access. Contactless attendance uses facial recognition and liveness detection, with location restrictions and anomaly monitoring available to help reduce unauthorized or proxy check-ins. Attendance records can be exported in common formats for further management. On the property side, the device supports integration with smart property management systems and cloud-based electronic map visualization. Independent device management spaces and hierarchical permissions can also be used for property owners and family members. Combining these functions can reduce the need for separate terminals at the entrance and provide a more consistent user and management workflow.
